Rating System

1. Design and Content:

   • A good, consistent design with good use of color is a key factor as well as links and images working within your site, I will also be looking for an effective use of tables, java scripts, java applets, dhtml, html.

2. Creativity and Originality:  

   • The site must have a clear point of purpose, this can be anything you choose, Sites that show a detailed grasp of their subject will increase their rating.

3. Navigation:  

   • The ease of navigation should be a must on any web site, visitors to your site should never have to hit the back button to reach the main areas of your site. Easy to use navigation systems in java, images or text will increase your rating.

4. Award Presentation:  

   • There should be a place on your site to present the awards your site has won. If your site has not yet won any awards you should still have an area to display future awards with a notation that none have been won yet..

5. Impression:  

   • The first impression I get when I go to your site, does it have something informative, is it innovative or entertaining?  is it visually pleasing to the eye? This is a big plus as a site should hold my attention.
