English, I can't fairly award a site that I can not understand.)

Giving
rude replies to the question section on my
application form, rudeness NEVER acquires reward.
Not
answering the question section on my application by filling in the spaces with dashes or
other characters trying to get by providing answers... this is an
automatic deletion offense... answering them is not an option.
Sites
that requires me to join a mailing list or part of the site is password
protected.
Any site which takes
control of my browser or my whole screen, not allowing me to use my scroll
bar or exit from the site, will be disqualified.
As of April
6,2004 I will no longer evaluate sites
from MSN homepages or MSN groups due to the fact that MSN forces
horizontal scroll bars and you can not view all of the pages for MSN
groups unless you join the group. I can not fairly evaluate a site unless
I am able to view all of the content and pages within the site.

If
you win my award you must not alter the
presented image in any way or form, this
includes changing the size with width and
height tags, the images are 130x160. I will be checking your site
after you let me know you have posted the
award. If
I find you have altered the image in any way
you will not be listed in my winner circle.

reserve the right to remove anyone from my
winners circle if I discover they have
altered the presented image at any time.
I
